En els darrers cinc anys hem innovat, hem dut a terme projectes pilot i hem creat xarxa. Hem format centenars d\u2019activistes de m\u00e9s de 20 pa\u00efsos al llarg de desenes de milers d\u2019hores de formaci\u00f3 residencial. Hem ofert recolzament a diverses organitzacions i hem col\u00b7laborat amb un gran nombre d\u2019organitzacions i facilitadors internacionals. Ara agafem tota aquesta experi\u00e8ncia per facilitar el Projecte Ulex, per tal de construir un programa efectiu de formaci\u00f3 paneuropea per a l\u2019impacte i la resili\u00e8ncia dels moviments socials.<br><br>Els problemes als quals ens enfrontem estan interconnectats. Els problemes sist\u00e8mics demanen solucions sist\u00e8miques i enfocaments connectats. En el nostre m\u00f3n globalitzat, els moviments socials i els agents de canvi necessiten ampliar les seves connexions m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 de fronteres, tem\u00e0tiques i sectors. Crear i enfortir aquestes connexions millora tant l\u2019impacte com la resili\u00e8ncia.
