We are continuing to shape and deliver a capacity building programme that responds to live challenges of social movements in Europe.
We will be adding and trailing some new trainings, like Conflict Transformation course and Leadership Retreat. We are coming back with our Roots of Resilience course, rooted in and (re)growing from our Radical Nature Connection strand of work.
We want to strengthen and develop our work around the Ecology of Social Movements.
We are putting more resources into establishing a more structured group and organisational accompaniment for our partners to further support them in introducing changes and transforming organising cultures.
We opened an independent training and capacity-building programme for Central and Eastern European social movements.
We are preparing a project around Active Solidarity – responding to a need for a more coherent and up to date curriculum on the topics of power and privilege: one that is supporting us in moving beyond unhelpful dynamics of shame and blame, separation and binary thinking, and creating movements that are deeply rooted in our commitment to intersectional solidarity (and know what it means in practice!).
And finally – we are attending to the development of our Trainers Network: holding a gathering for our trainers in April, tending to nourishing connections, strengthening peer support, feedback loops and deepening our training practice.
